Wilderness Road, Oxted

Brief:  Create an outdoor room on new balcony and connect with patio below. New design to patio to have play space for kids and entertaining area.

Design: Millboard deck balcony. Built in wrap around bench with gas fire pit. Dining space created with timber raised planters filled with low box hedge. Steps leading down onto patio – storage under deck frame. Limestone paved patio space, with an artificial grass section for kids to play. Open pergola frame around the edge of patio for climbers to grow up.
